This has got to be my umpteenth attempt at capturing the essence of the prairie grain elevator. This time around the sun co operated and provided a dramatic back drop for this image. In addition to the great lighting I had an excuse to be out here again. I got sloppy with the post processing of my previous images. Without boring you about RAW workflow, yawn, I forgot to follow my own digital darkroom rules and lost the original files.

So a painful lesson learned. Always save your material first and make a back up copy before editing… Doh!!!
